Chef Yann Emery (WEPLER) joins “le Club des Toques Blanches”

Yann Emery, Wepler’s Chef , has been inducted on March 11th mars into the prestigious “Club des Toques Blanches”, along with 13 other chefs.

Founded in 1980, the International Club Les Toques Blanche, that gathers 300 members, is a Club of Chefs united by two strong values : quality and respect of the culinary tradition ; and willingness to transmist their knowledge.

Its members are professionals working in hotels and restaurants, in France or Abroad.
